Are your shift knobs weighted?
Yes, all of our shift knobs weigh more than the average OEM stick shift knob. Our largest knobs are up to twice the weight of an OEM knob, providing the ultimate in shifter feel.
Do your shift knobs fit automatic transmissions?
Our shift knobs fit modified automatic transmissions. This can be done successfully, but does require the purchase of an adaptor.
Can I return a shift knob?
Yes, our stick shift knobs are returnable. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please review our Return Policy page for more information.
What should I know before I install my shift knob?
Avoid over-tightening. Too much torque can strip threads or accelerate wear—seat the knob fully on the lever until it’s flush, then stop.
Use the included retainer nut. Thread it all the way onto the master insert to lock your adapter and orient the knob exactly how you want.
Extra-clearance fix. Some cars won’t let the retainer nut tighten fully. If yours doesn’t, grab a low-profile hex nut and serrated lock washer (both under $1 at most hardware stores) and install them beneath the adapter for a solid, lasting fit.
Optional threadlocker. A small dab of Loctite Blue 242 on the threads helps resist vibration and won’t keep you from removing the knob with standard tools.
