All sales are final. Due to the custom and specialty nature of our products, Nice Knob, Bro does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or amended once they have been placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund if the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification, as required by applicable law.
To qualify for a return under this policy, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Please note that custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products may be exempt from the EU cooling-off period as permitted by applicable regulations.
