This Limited Lifetime Warranty is designed to give you confidence in your purchase and reinforce that you’re investing in premium, handcrafted quality.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use by the original owner. Covered issues include:
Resin separation or cracking under normal use
Manufacturing defects
Adapter or thread defects from proper installation
What’s Not Covered
To keep things fair and sustainable, this warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
Overtightening, cross-threading, or improper installation
Exposure to extreme heat or prolonged direct sunlight
Normal wear and cosmetic fading over time
Altered, modified, or resold products
In short: we guarantee craftsmanship, not reckless use.
How to Make a Claim
If your shift knob experiences a defect that falls under this warranty:
Contact us at madebywdd@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the defect.
Our team will review your claim and determine coverage.
If approved, we will repair or replace your shift knob at our discretion.
We may require the original product or proof of purchase to process your claim.
Additional Terms
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
Limited Lifetime = the expected life of the product under normal use.
We reserve the right to refuse claims that fall outside these terms.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
